We don't go out to lunch on Mother's Day because of the crowds. This year Ken's parents were coming up to bring Coralee home for the week so we were able to celebrate with Mary as well. Originally we were going to go to Shady Grove but couldn't find a parking space. I didn't think that would go well since it was close to Link's bed time. So, we went to Threadgills instead. That's where we've gone every other Mother's Day so I'm not sure why I even thought about going anywhere else.
