Biscuit Brothers

We love to go see the Biscuit Brothers.... especially at Central Market. It has been SO hot this summer and it was pretty stinking miserable sitting outside. Still, it was fun. The best part was that my cousin, Jody, was in San Antonio for a few days for work and joined us. That was my best part but Coralee's was being able to talk in the microphone. She got to introduce herself and say what animal was at Old McDonald's farm. It was funny to see her edging her way through the crowd. She was a woman on a mission! Lincoln finally got his own banjo (no stealing sister's pink one) and of course, it had to be autographed, too. He was impressed with the drawing.

Brotherly Love/Sisterly Help

I don't remember who I was talking to on the phone but I left the kids eating breakfast and turned around and saw this. Coralee had picked up Lauramae and had Lincoln sit in the bouncy seat so he could hold her. Oh dear me!

Texas Jumping Beans

We went to a friends' birthday party. It was Lincoln's first time on the jumpers and he had a blast. He was climbing up the big kid slides and everything. I remember taking Coralee for the first time and
all she did was run around in a circle on the carpet. We couldn't even get her to go in and the owners offered to give us our money back. Granted he was older but his reaction was SO different. I particularly love the picture of them sliding down the slide and her landing on top of him. I promise she didn't stay on top of him long. What a funny picture, though!

Lovin' on baby sister

One of my friends gave the girls matching dresses. Is there anything better than matching clothes? I'm sure they'll rebel from that one day but I'm going to enjoy it while I can. The other picture is Lauramae on the play mat. I haven't gotten it out much because I figured she would get run over. It seems to be a sibling magnet because they both join her and play with the toys. Silly kids!

Dance Camp

Coralee got to go to dance camp again this year. One of the best things for me was that Mrs. Teresa brought her there each day. The theme was Princesses and Coralee had a blast. The performance on the last day was precious. The funny thing was that at first Coralee was "shy" and wouldn't come out on the "stage" (aka tumbling mats). This is the same kid who had no problem at dance recital the year before and is a total ham.

It's been a while

I didn't realize it had been over a month since I blogged. We've taken a ton of pictures since then so I have plenty to post!

What could be better to get back in the swing of things than a cute baby fashion show and a picture of illegal tummy sleeping!
