All's well that ends well, right? It was really a stressful evening as Mimi made Coralee's cake for her birthday party. There were some structural integrity issues (solved by the use of wooden skewers) when Mom put the towers on top of the cake. We all sweated whether or not the cake would stay upright until the party the next morning but it did and it was beautiful. Coralee was beyond thrilled with her princess cake and officially declared herself 3 since she saw THE cake.
