In Angelina Ballerina, she talks about her mother's best cheddar cheese pies. Coralee of course asked about making them. I had a hard time finding a recipe and I'm not convinced we got it right. It was yummy - puff pastry with cheese and onions in the middle. Oh, and that's her new favorite dress - $6.99 at the Gymboree outlet.
